Town Hall
In 2019 the Japanese company Tokai became the owner of the Cobex plants in Racibórz and Nowy Sącz. Both plants specialize in the production of electrodes and graphite blocks. For this occasion, CEO of the company visited Poland in order to meet his new employees.
Given our experience in working with Asian clients, our agency was asked to organize those meetings in both locations keeping in mind their main goal of establishing a intercultural dialog within the company.

MTU Aero Engines
10th Anniversary
In the middle of May we went on a trip to the east side of Poland, more specifically to Jasionka in the Podkarpackie Vovoid. We had the pleasure to organize the 10th anniversary of the MTU Aero Engines company in the G2A Arena Exhibition and Congress Center. We have prepared a whole gala for several hundred people. The Gienek robot helped us in leading it. The whole event was graced by the concert of Krzysztof Zalewski.

Official Ball
In December we had the pleasure to organize a ball at Endorfina Foksal in Warsaw. Thanks to us, the guests moved back to the 1920s. Amazing scenography, the atmosphere of the place combined with beautiful costumes and classical dances that made everyone play great.

Gala
A official gala combined with the presentation of new Volvo coaches. During the ceremony, guests from various countries could not miss the Polish folk accent.

Gala Nestle Purina
The Great Gala of Nestle Purina, which we organized in the Centennial Hall in Wrocław. The evening was hosted by well-known presenters of Radio Eska – Maciej Stajniak, Tomasz Wołodźko and Kasia Pawlak, and the star of the evening was the ENEJ band.

A Land of Golden Fire
Corporate gala in an unusual “fire” setting for a regular agency customer. During the evening, there were plenty of fire-breathing heroes, sophisticated pyrotechnic shows or golden gladiators posing with a black horse. To remember the meeting, each guest got a gold coin.

New Year's Eve 2016
Our agency was invited to prepare the setting of the first New Year’s Eve ball in Wroclaw’s Hydropolis. The main theme was water in various physical states. The whole celebration had a silvery-white livery, referring to the modern Hydropolis arrangement.

Nestle PURINA
Gala in the style of the Agent 007
Elegant evening gala for the Nestle PURINA employees, summarizing the achievements of the year. The popular Agent 007 motif was creatively used in many elements: stage design, banquet tables, room decoration. The meeting was made even more attractive by a casino, where the participants had the opportunity to win numerous prizes.

The plant's 10th anniversary and re-branding of the company
The purpose of the event was to introduce the new of logo and company livery in an attractive way. The brand transition from Vorwerk to ELDISY, and livery transition from dark blue to green took place at the same time and included the facade of the building, the arrangement of the stage and change of colors of the hostesses’ clothes.

Ice Land in Hotel Gołębiewski
An extremely sophisticated annual gala at the Gołębiewski Hotel in Karpacz. The ballroom was completely transformed by a complex stage design, light fixtures, banquet tables and a chill-out zone. The ice bar, frozen drinks and the raving white bear complemented the whole event.

Annual Gala for employees
The Nestle Group employees were invited to the company’s plant in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska to socialize and celebrate at the Topacz Castle. The purpose of the meeting was the integration of the crew and an informal meeting with the management of the company.

Dr. Schneider
10th anniversary of Dr. Schneider in Poland
A grand jubilee gala for over 700 guests at the company’s plant in Jelenia Góra. The meeting was hosted by a well-known actor and cabaret artist Steffen Möller who humorously commented on the Polish-German relations. The evening gala ended with a disco hosted by a DJ.
